    Orchrastrated rock - big sound

Ok, I've always loved rock done with a big sound. Moody Blues, ELO, Elton John backed with a symphony, Bond, TSO, some Manheim Steamroller, etc. Lately I discovered Epica (outstanding), Kamelot (so - so )... Looking for some recommendations. I'm not really into some screaming head on a mic, but rather the big sound some strings/brass that give the fuller sound.

I would love to hear Simone Simmons and Amy Lee do a duet, what a great pair of voices.
