I haven't read through a single post in this thread yet, but I thought I'd outline some rules I jotted down when I first thought of the team. After I outline these rules I'll check through the thread and answer any questions that might have come up.


There will be capes.
There will be cake.
There will be free stogies.
A collective bargaining agreement is in the works.
There will not be kool-aid.
There will be cookies.
There will be ponies.
No campfire songs, but there will be a campfire.
Vstrommark is not allowed in this team.
Ghost stories are permitted on a limited basis, as outlined in the forthcoming collective bargaining agreement.
You can dress up in drag, but showtunes fall under the "no campfire songs" stipulation.
Not only will there be free beer, but also an open bar.
Moderators will be allowed on a first come, first serve basis. The quota is unlimited. Their provision of beer and cigars is completely voluntary.

What does it pay?

After a quick read through the thread, it appears that I answered all of the questions in my first draft of rules.

In answer to your question, Tom, the pay is pretty simple. You pay me $20 to join the group, then you start a subgroup. Everyone that joins your group pays you $20, and you give $15 to me. If four people join your subgroup then you've already made your initial investment back! Your subgroup members can then create sub-subgroups if they wish. I still get $15 of the initial investment of the sub-subgroup members and you split the extra $5 with the individual leaders of sub-subgroups within your subgroup. See how the cash just starts flowing into your pocket? I guarantee within the first month you'll become a millionaire. I accept PP. It really all comes back to the team. Jerseys are forthcoming.

I know as a coveted team member you would like to make this team very exclusive, but I created this in the beginning as a very open entity. Membership is not by invites, simply willing participation. Please put your exclusivity bullsh*t back on the shelf.

Which league are you in, and who are you playing against? Are playoff tickets included in our season ticket prices? If you don't get in the playoffs, will we be refunded our monies? Will they be applied against next seasons Season Ticket purchase price? What is the salary cap? Will there be jockstrap offsets you can buy?
