Here is a thread to put thoughts that don't fit anywhere else, and see where they take us.
------------- When I made potted beef brisket last weekend, I used this extra-rich reduced beef broth that my friend had made from scratch. I saved the even richer broth that was left over after making the brisket in it (with onions added) and put it in the freezer. Today I put a little of the frozen broth in the Zatarains Jambalaya I made today, and man was it awesome. Also, I like lobster.
