Today is my day off.....Its a beautiful day and I have to clean out the garage and wait for the junk man to come by and pick up that junk...perfect time for a cigar because with this new health kick my wife is on she has quit smoking and to be a good guy and support her I have decided to smoke outside when shes home...but thats boring so I dont normally smoke as much as I like..but today..WOO HOO all by my self and all day to enjoy..Kinda....



We have gotten rid of a bunch of stuff and I keep finding more so..I decide to rebuild a kitchen table my wife picked up a couple yrs ago and needed to build a couple saw horses...I can cut a 2x4 and that about it..LOL

I go to the scrap wood on the other side of the fence and pick up a couple pieces and when I go to shut the gate I shove my lit Pepin Fumadore in to my siding..completely ruining it...GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR


so now I have to wait till after 2 this after noon before I can light up another stick (lunch with the lovely lil lady and she doesn't like smelling cigar smoke on me at lunch..lol)..but the table is back together except I need to find one missing leg...



Anyone else have one of those "Don't you hate" stories..

I have one:

Don't you hate when you're driving with a cigar in your left hand, and while turning the steering wheel you hit the cigar on the turn signal causing ash to fall all over your lap.............or turning you head too fast while the cigar is in your mouth and smashing it into the car window?

I think I might be accident prone........

driving + me + cigar = ash everywhere

I tried to drive and smoke once...wasn't pretty and I am surprised I didn't burn the car down..LOL

I was warned against this by a fellow BOTL. I do it anyway on occasion... I drive a Miata with the top down even in the dead of winter (as long as it's not raining)... Haven't ruined any nice clothes yet, but have had some nice ash-piles! Actually here's a video of me one night, chompin on a LVH! It was my goal that night to be a badass and puff while practicing some drifts and testing suspension...

Anyway, my story is: Don't you hate it when you have to smoke outside because your mom tells you she can smell my cigars from downstairs, but it's fricken cold out? Then, because your fingers are so numb, when you go to clip the cap you end up shredding it to pieces, and then you can't play music loud enough for fear of pissing of your neighbors, then, when you finally get off your lazy butt to grab a coat and some proper footwear, you come back and your cigar (the one you've been tending to ever-so-frequently since it's windy out) has rolled off the ashtray and is now on the ground, in the middle of an ant hill?
talk about a run-on sentence!

Dont you hate........sitting with your feet in the pool, setting your stick down on the concrete while checking chemicals, and your dog, while sniffing aggressivly, rolls that same stick into the pool.....the same stick then catching the flow of the return and before you know it, the same stick is in the middle of the pool........mocking you!!!!!

We were at a herf and I pulled out an Opus Petite Lance, and it slipped. As my first instinct, I went to catch it.

Don't you hate it when you smash your cigar trying to save it. I showed it though. I did my best to smoke it anyway with a f**ked up wrapper, a slight south eastward bend and tears in my eyes. LOL

I try not to do anything but sit on my ass when I'm smoking, it never fails I either shove the cigar into something either in my have or in my mouth or drop it on the ground.

OK, I normally don't smoke anything bigger than a toro size, but the other day I fired up a RP Churchill 1990 and since I have to smoke outdoors, I have to contend with the odd flying creatures...well don't you know in the process of swatting a pesky critter that came a bit too close to my face I smacked the cigar instead and it goes flying about 6 feet and hits the side of my house....never did get the @#$$% mosquito! arrrgghh
