Vick's Jail Sentence Poll
Not sure how to set up a poll on this site, but we should have a poll on how long Vick's sentence will be. I think he'll get 24 months, but lets open it for voting.

I would be surprised if he did any time. I'm sure he will get probation, which means to a celebrity or athlete that as soon as he gets in trouble again, he will just get some more probation. Nothing will happen to him, the US Justice system has a notorious double standard.

I say send his ass to Sing Sing.

I think he should do time.But I think its not only the justice system that has double standards,but fans as well. I mean school are banning his jersery,did they do that with Ray Lewis when he was up for murder?NO! Dont get me wrong,I am a dog lover,have two of my own,Vick is a monster for what he did,but its amazing how people get so mad over this but dont make half the stink when someone is accused of murding someone. Thats America for ya lol

VA state Charges will probebly be filed and since the max there could be 40 years - I say he gets 10.

Actually I think with the Feds. anything 12 months and under you do 100% and anything over is either 85 or 87. Not positive about that but I think I read it somewhere.

BTW I think they should soak him with water and then electrocute him.

I thought it was 85%. Either way, he is going to jail. The judge in this case is known as a "max" guy. However, Vick has never been in trouble before so I think he gets around 18 months.

It is crazy how much heat Vick takes while wife-beaters and murderers get pushed aside(see Jason Taylor the basketball player). I'm not saying Vick doesn't deserve the heat, but the other guys deserve AT LEAST as much.
