Gotta love the Wings! We got robbed last year but had our retribution against the Ducks on opening night.

Have to say, Detroit's power play is looking better than it has in the past season or two. I realize we're in week 1 but I'm seeing good things. Nice to see Rafalski doing the good work. Really excited to see how Downey adds to the physical play of the Wings.

God-Damnit! How do you let a team come back from a 3-1 defecit in the 2nd and let 'em score 3 unanswered?????? AAARGGHHHH!!!!

Either way, it was a hell of an intense game. Last minute score by Chicago to tie up the game, nail-biting overtime period, and finally an edge of your seat shoot-out!!! Damn!

Awesome game! I was there and the energy in the stadium was great. Great way to start off things at home.

I'd venture to say this is the one and only time we'll lose to the Black Hawks this season. We'll definitely win the majority of the games and I'd be pretty upset if Chicago won two. Call me crazy, but I believe in the Wings.

....not to mention they tore Chicago apart last year and the year before...and the year before...and the....well you get the picture...

And the Hawks were 7-1 against the Wings in 2006-2007....what hockey do you watch?
