Yeah, I'm with you there. I think OSU should go undefeated b/c they don't play anybody, but no one can honestly tell me they'd beat half the teams in the top 10. I also think Missouri needs to play somebody to legitamize their generous ranking. Seeing them play doesn't sell me on them being that good. Watching them and Nebraska play is like a completely different level than LSU-FLA and the like.

LSU needs to stay undefeated, as they probably will, so there will be no dispute. That will be nice.

You mean like maybe, oh I don't know, at Oklahoma next week?

Given our defense showed up for the first time this year against Nebraska, I still think we deserve every bit of our ranking. Don't forget we also beat Illinois this season. We also have one of the top ranked offenses that I don't think anyone can stop. Our main challenge will be stoping others' offenses.

How good is Boston College? Have not seen them play, really only pay attention to the Pac-10, SEC, did a double take when I saw this last poll.

After watching that offense, I'd say South Carolina's #1(had to add that) pass defense or a similar SEC defense would create problems b/c Mizzou hasn't seen, and won't see until a bowl game, given their schedule, a defense that will provide great coverage and have guys get to the QB in the meantime. The Missouri receivers aren't fast enough or just plain talented enough to compete against DB's like South Carolina's or LSU's, etc... I'd say South Carolina showed their ability to do that against a better offense(Kentucky) and I think LSU will do the same against Kentucky, btw. If Missouri is forced to run the ball, which would happen against teams like that, Missouri wouldn't have the same success as they do against their recent competition. Keep in mind, the reason they're not ranked higher, being undefeated, is because they have a lackluster schedule.
Don't get me wrong, I'm from Missouri and root for them all the time, but I really think it's a different level of play. I also know a handful of the players on their team. I just think, to humbly put it, it's hard to say no one can stop their offense when there are better offenses out there, Missouri just needs to play a team that will put it to the test. Maybe Okla. will do that, but they've been a little fuzzy. I wish MIZZOU the best of luck and will root for them, though.
BTW, I'm really interested to see who makes it to the NC game, besides LSU. Cal maybe? Ohio State may end up undefeated, but it won't mean much, but of course, they'd get to the NC game.

That's what I thought. I couldn't remember the last time they were in the top 20 in football, its such a rare thing for KU football.
