1. the Pat had all the help today (AKA Refs)
2. Belachick ran up the score to really show what he is made of.

Yeah we got out played and it was a onesided as far as penalties go..But I cant respect a coach that runs it up in the last seconds after being up 14 points..Thats just a No Class Act...It will bite him in the ass one day and I hope its The Cowboys that do it..Good win Pats..As far as Vic goes, dont worry bout him bro..He's always flappin his gums..He's a Lawyer and thats what they do..LoL

You couldn't be too old because I remember that as well.

The Cowboys are just not as good a everyone thinks they are.

Re: I come not to praise the Cowboys...

The Cowboys are the best team in the NFC, hands down. There isn't a team with as potent of an offense. The Packers, Skins, Pathers are all good but not in the same league as the Cowboys.

With that said, nobody is in the same league as the Patriots. If the Pack and the Panthers played NE it would be downright ugly. The Skins have their work cut out for them when they play NE. The only way to beat the Pats is by scoring over 30 points and there aren't many offenses in the NFC, and maybe only one in the AFC (Colts) that could do that.

Barring injuries the Pats have a very real chance of running the table.

Re: I come not to praise the Cowboys...

The real question is, Will the Pats continue to play their starters after they lock a playoff berth and go for the undefeated season or will they put in the backups.

Re: I come not to praise the Cowboys...

That'll depend on how the Colts do. If the Colts are a one loss team (to NE) coming down to the end then the Pats will have to play starters to lock up home field until the final game of the season. So if both teams continue to win all year the only game the Pats could rest starters is the final game.

There are a lot of fantasy league owners who would like to know.

This was personal between the coaches. Phillips called the Pats cheaters to Peter King last week and had some comments a couple of years ago when he was with SD. He asked for us to run the ball instead of running out the clock by calling time out inside of the two minute warning-this said that he was still trying to win. Keep in mind that last week the Cowboys scored twice inside of two minutes. The Pats ran straight ahead four times in a row with our worst running back. If you don't want the score run up, stop the most basic play in football. In addition, the Cowboys have margins of victory of 14, 17 and 25 this year. Did they run up the score in these games?

Yeah but that was for the win - and with 30 seconds to go they were losing. Big difference there.

Being a long time Dallas fan - I do have the ability to face reality. And that was that I did not expect the Boys to win last night. Brady and the Pats are simply playing to good at the moment - and Dallas, though doing well is still on the upswing and playing with what really amounts to a rookie quarterback with less than a whole season under his belt.

So yep - good game Pat's fans - and I hope they roll over Indy in a few weeks. Only thing I hate worse than the skins - is Manning.

Yes, the Good Ole days....When Michael Irvin was getting caught in motel rooms with Hookers and Coke

It seems to shift about every 10-15 yerars, but the NFC had a big run in the 80s to mid 90s.

I've never liked the Cowboys and I'm a Texas by birth and the Grace of God!
That being said, he's right, the Cowboys may be the best team in the NFC at this specific point in time.

I wondered how long it would take for the Manning haters to make their appearance.

Do you think this thread will go away when the Skins beat the Pats in two weeks?

Probably be worse as NE will have clinched their division and playing their taxi squad.
