As opposed to the Yankees big hitters who cleverly avoided hitting into double plays by not making it on to first base safely?

Went to the game last night. It was classic. Couple giant but friendly drunks in the row in front of us. Boston fans in the row in front of them and the row behind us. It was like being in a play.

"Two more games"

"One more game" (After the 5th inning)

"Hey give us a game will ya" Then the 3 solo home runs in a row and they shut up for a while.

Flight from Boston to Cleveland $ 855.
Room at the Marriott $ 245
Your team losing big and being the center of friendly abuse for 4 hours....

Boston fan here but there is so much about Manny being Manny that ticks me off that this was just the tip of the iceburg. I would not blame the Indian pitchers if he gets hit tmorrow night.

Manny getting hit might light a fire under the @$$ of the team. They are getting on, just not knocking the runners in. They need a little spark if they are going to take the series back to Boston.
