Re: Jimmy Kimmel banned...

He could have told everyone how relieved he was that Michelle Tafoya made it in time for the broadcast. Apparently, up until about 20 minutes before the game, she was tied to a truck-axle in Michael Vick's backyard!

Part of the reason why I turn off the sound on my tv and listen to the game on the radio.

Doesn't sound banned to me. Or is that just from MNF?

For a bunch of tough guys, they sure can get their panties in a bunch....

I love pro athletes and their fragile egos. Jimmy may have been slightly abrasive with the Theismann comment, but I wouldn't let it chap my hide. Let's see, we want to hire a comedian to guest host.......

Madden spouts the purest fountain of inanities from his pie hole every time he opens it. I bet Kimmel would double his score on an IQ test.

Not that it matters, I am sure Madden is a great guy.... But why is it when I picture him in my head, he always appears to be sweating lard?

Madden is not on MNF anymore. But I agree with your statements about him.

too bad they didn't ban Kornheiser instead......

I know some of you like him.

I don't think he's funny, and some of the football related questions/comments he makes make it seem to me like the man lacks a basic understanding of the game.

but, that's just me.

Uhmmm, so let me get this straight. He is a comedian who was hired to tell jokes and then subsequently fired for telling jokes?

Re: Jimmy Kimmel banned...

I have liked Kimmel all the way back from when he was doing "The Man Show" and if you ever saw that show you would know exactly what you get with him. He has not changed his personality since getting the talk show so what makes them think they would get anything else from him. I mean come on the guy used to end every show with hot ass girls jumping on trampolines...a high point in television history in my book...

You are not alone...

At least he was told to shut his pie hole about fantasy football. Last season it seemed he talked more about his fantasy team than the game he was supposed to be covering.

He's still an idiot.

Amen brother! The people who fired him should watch some of the Comedy Central Roasts, his comments on MNF were nothing.

Re: Jimmy Kimmel banned...

Never been a big Kimmel fan, him or Adam whatshisname from the Man Show. While a like a nice pair of funbags as much as the next guy, always thought the show was a little over the top.
