What is Your Sox World Series Victory Cigar

Mine is a 1985 Romeo & Julieta Petite Corona from 1985 that I got in a Box Pass last year. It is sublime!!!

It was just too late for a Churchill or other big smoke. Have to go to work in the morning!!!

Drew Estates Egg, in symbolism of the egg that the Rockies laid in this series. What letdown. That was why I wished the Indians would've won the series. No victory cigar as I don't care much about the victory.

Re: What is Your Sox World Series Victory Cigar

The first cigar I ever had was a Macanudo Cafe Diplomat. I smoked it the night the sox won the series in '04 and since I got into cigars after that night I've always had one waiting for the next time. That's my victory cigar. Hopefully when I smoke the new one thats going in the humi it'll be enjoyed with exactly one year of age on it.

Don't worry Floyd, we all saw how "strong" the "Red Sox Nation" truly was after their win in 2004...It was trendy then to be a Red Sox fan sort of like it was trendy in 05 when the White Sox won to be a White Sox fan...shortly there after, the novelty of the World Series win went away and the true fans continued to stand...oddly though, they wear Navy and White Pinstripes and rest on a history that is unmatched by any other team in any other sport...and to that all I have to say is LETS GO YANKEES!!!....

I guess I can congratulate the Red Sox on one great season though....

Re: What is Your Sox World Series Victory Cigar

true, but when you live in the world's number 1 tourist destination and work in tourism, you have to act like you are glad all the people with red "B's" on their hats are staying with you.

Unfortunately, in the winter, they seem more common than the lovebugs on my windshield in the summer, which gives me an idea.........

Nothing like being constantly reminded of Yankee string of post season futility. Indians, Tigers or Marlins Gear must be tough for you too. At least Angels and Diamondback Fans are more likely to go to Disneyland and you do not have to deal with as many of them

The Yankees have been out of it for almost a month now and the fans are still whining. Though losing their best Regular Season player, beloved coach and the threat of several other players leaving must be tough.

But put on that fake smile for the tourists...I may be in Orlando in February and I will probably wear one of these:
