Re: NBA anyone?

I've grown up a fan of the Chicago Bulls, and it's nice to see them being able to compete again.

Also I never thought I'd say this, but I really liked watching Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer playing for the Jazz last season in the playoffs.

Deeetroit Basketballlll!!!!!

I am very interested in how the Pistons are going to do this year. I think that the season's success hinges on the play of Rasheed Wallace, which is something I'm not very comfortable with.

Stevie is not hurt. Adleman has said that Stevie is not currently in the rotation. He came to camp out of shape and has had trouble with Adleman's system. I hope he plays his way into the rotation but I watched in the huddles and he didn't participate which doesn't bode well for his attitude.

GO ROCKETS!!!

You think they would've mentioned to him during contract negotiations that he was going to be their number 3 or 4 (when Luther Head plays point) point guard and probably 10th on the total depth chart. Especially because they traded for Mike James before they signed him.

With the 6mil 2 year deal he got,I dont really see why he can be all that upset. He knew he would at least be number 3 behind T Mac and Yao.

Edit-this was my DEVIL post! 666

It's a little different being a number 4 option to being a number 4 point guard and not even seeing the court. So, Steve Francis is getting paid what? Something like $33 million this year (when you add in his Portland buyout) to watch games from the best seat in the house? I guess life isn't too bad when you're "The Franchise."

Re: NBA anyone?

Warriors fan here. Watching the team implode like earlier this year against the Jazz sucked. Watching the team I realized a few things:

We have a few good veterans that will have a good 2-3 year run on them
We have a few good young guys that will be good in 2-3 years
So without a superstar big guy to bridge that gap... we'll be mediocre & scrappy for 6 years.

Tough to admit but true.

They will do well I think. They have great outside shooters, that is what took them so far last year.Yes they need someone down low to pull boards and control the paint, but you have to make do with what you have.

Don't miss the Clip Show! LAClippers, more importantly Chris Kaman. How can you not like hair like that?
