Funny Story....I wanted to buy a new pair of running shoes, so this weekend I went to the local Academy Sports and found two pairs of shoes that I liked and fit and felt great.....only problem

One was Royal Blue/Orange/White- Reminded me of the Gators
the other was Red/Black/White- Reminded me of the Bulldogs

The wife said, why don't you get them, so I explained, her response was, and I quote...."Well that's just stupid".....poor thing, she doesn't understand the importance of purple and gold.

Same thing once happened to me. I really liked this certain pair of New Balances, but the only color the had them in was red and gray. There was no way in hell i was going to buy OSU shoes so I got a different pair even though I didn't like that kind as much. My sister thought I was crazy. You're right, some people just don't understand.

I used to work in the hotel industry. One year, a scout for the Dallas Cowboys came in and we talked alot of football while he was there. About a month after he left, I got a nice Cowboys shirt from him. That shirt is in my closet and I think I wore it once. I don't let the Saint shirts come within two or so shirts from it. Maybe I am a little strange about that kind of stuff.
