He is doing the right thing. This is the worst time to lose momentum. The Pats are doing the same thing because it is smart. They'll be plenty of time to rest in a month or so...

Resting the starters rarely seems to work out well. It seems like a lot of the teams that coast into the playoffs and take it easy the last few games struggle in the postseason.
