Did you see Matt Cullen go "boom" when Colton Orr checked him into the next year? Same thing, looking down right past the blueline. Ask Eric, right?

Scott Stevens is one reason Eric retired... but, he gave Stevens the chance every time... he never could keep his head up and well, you skate with your head down when Stevens is on the ice and you will pay... I can remember screaming at a game once when Stevens did that to him... the whole arena could see it, well every one but head down Eric...

The common demoninator is almost all those hits....skating with their head down. Gotta be nuts to do that in the NHL at all, much less when Stevens was on the ice.
