I hope my posts ribbing the Pats don't come across as hostile. Most of my best friends are all from Boston and are die-hard Boston sports fans. We constantly rib each other (me being a Yankees/Knicks/Giants fan) but in the end we respect each other and know its all in good fun. I had to seriously swallow my pride in 2004 when I called about 10 people to congratulate them on the Red Sox utter spackling of the Yanks.

There is a difference between ribbing and taking it to another level and I have found that TRUE fans know how to toe the line, whereas the bandwagon jumpers overcompensate by throwing hostile jabs.
