how many do you think is to much for this league? We are at 8 now and we can go more, but when should we cut it off?

I usually prefer 10 or 12, but it may be easier to manage a league of 8, since we'll be using cigars rather than money as the prize and that will require some logistics.

I signed up and made it 9. If it's too many let me know and I can bow out. An evening/early evening draft on a Sunday close to the beginning of the season possibly?
