This was taken a few weeks ago. It's a picture of my son inside the FSU locker room. He also got to run out on the field with the players in their positions for the National Athem.

The picture is the Seminole head! He is on the top row right hand end.

His team won the Dizzy Dean APL for 9 and 10 year olds last year! So, far this year they are tied for 3rd place, and are in good position to go all the way again.

When I was there 94-99 (yes 5 years of college down the drain). Early on you could go on the field at night, the gates were open and the staff watched you, but if you were just minding your buisness they would let you do it. They stopped that, but left the gates open and you were always allowed to go in the stands and sit if you wanted.
These were also the days where you camped out for big game tickets for the weekend, brought your living room out w/tv and playstation using the power provided by the university.

Sweet.

I remember taking our 9-10 year olds into the dugout at a San Diego State game. I don't know who was more excited, the little guys who were in a college dugout or the big guys who were getting asked to sign autographs.
