Be shocked if Detroit didn't take at least 1 of the games in Dallas. Turco has been good, but not good enough. He was/is lucky that Franzen is out for a couple games, or last night would have been worse.

If you decide to back up the banter, I'll take some of that action too.

Re: Stars vs. Redwings

Whether the Stars can win 4 of the next 5 or not does not really matter. We out performed expectations. I am a proud Stars fan and we had a great season, win or lose.

I am just glad come August I can root for the COWBOYS and we can count the # of Detroit Loins smack threads on one finger (most likely the middle)

You Stars fans are the best, such great humor! Oh, this sums up Turco's performance in his career vs. Detroit regular season AND the playoffs!

I will agree, the Stars have had a great season regardless of how this series ends. There was a time late in the season when they were on a roll and I actually had them pegged to win it all, but the speed and puck possession skills of the Wings just seem to be full throttle right now. Either way, the Stars have played great.

Re: Stars vs. Redwings

Yeah I may give the Stars fans a lot of sh*t, but they have had a great season regardless of how this series plays out. Man that hurt to say!

Re: Stars vs. Redwings

It has been the Wings that in the past couple of playoffs. It looks as if the physical strength has moved up a notch this year. We showed that in the Nashville series and have looked good so far against Dallas.
Hopefully we can continue as we head south for a couple. Dallas is tough at home. Gotta give em some respect & I know we won't be looking past them.

Re: Stars vs. Redwings

Bottom line - just hoping for a tighter series than what it is angling as.
For the love of hockey - we all should hope for at least a 6-game if not 7 game series so that we can see 2 teams battling it out and putting it all on the ice every night which is what makes the Stanley Cup playoffs what it is.
