This is still a total toss up. Either player could win or even more playoff golf. Does it go to sudden death if they are tied after 18?

To answer my own question. Yes sudden death. Pretty cool. Way to keep fighting Rocco. Hell of a finish no matter how it ends. Either the greatest underdog story of recent years or the cool inevitability of the greatest player of all time.

Re: US Open

I wonder what Rocco's is thinking atm:

Rocco: maybe if I accidently hit his other knee he will just quit.

Tiger: (Has no thought, He is a machine)

It has to be mentaly draining to know your playing your butt of and Tiger is (sorry for the pun) limping around.

Re: US Open

This by far is one of the most amazing finishes I have ever seen(Or hit the refresh button 10,000 times just to keep up).
I hope that Pro Baseball, Football etc watched this today and saw the grit and determination these 2 displayed today. Thats one thing I cant stand about Baseball and Football, its all about the $$.

Re: US Open

I've been watching Tiger since his amateur days and throughout his professional career to this point. All this and I only personally became passionate with the game myself over the past three years, but I definitely have the bug. I've decided that I have run out of words and ways of expressing what it is this man is capable of on a golf course and of accomplishing with respect to winning. I'm just going to watch from now on in awe and say nothing.

Re: US Open

I'm not really a golf fan, but I was glued to the broadcast. Incredible talent and sportsmanship displayed by both players today. What a treat to watch.

Re: US Open

I always watch the majors but am far from an avid golf fan. This was a great Open. Wish I would have know of Rocco a little more before this though. Seems like a good guy, and I love the "Anti-Sergio" speed that he plays.

Great US Open. 2015 it will be 20 miles away from me at Chambers Bay. Can't wait!

Chambers Bay is an amazing course......I travel to Seattle 3-4 times a year and try to extend my trip each time. Great course!!!!! Washington National and Trophy Lakes are nice as well but Chambers is AWESOME!!!!
