their red-zone offense is sucking though. we have 3 FGs from inside their 20.

i really wish larry johnson would learn to carry the ball in his left hand, he'd have 2 MORE TD runs if he were as good as priest holmes.
first one was the sweep to the right, he had blockers that made a wall, he decided to cut it back inside for a loss... would've been a sure TD with priest.
2nd one was the sweep to the left, when he should've switched hands, that would've allowed him to stiff arm at the 1 yard line and walk in. instead, he's out of bounds at the 2 and bring on the FG unit.

he still has lots to learn.
trent is finally looking good though (about time).

He's young... he's still learning... right now he still thinks he can run through anything and anybody... Priest has that special timing like Marcus had... he just seems to know when to slow down and wait and when to turn on the jets... LJ just runs hard... He will learn...

You are right about the FG however... would be a lot better if they were converting into 7 points each time...

Re: Chiefs - Pats

As a big Chiefs fan I was very happy to watch the game on Sky sports (the commentators suck). I am also glad I kept tynes as my kicker for my fantasy team (he got me 17 points, froma kicker). I might actually make the play-offs. I am still sad about this season. I really felt we shoulda done a lot better.

As IHT said LJ is no Priest but he is one hell of a back-up while he is healing. Not to mention he is young and learning.

What is his attitude like?

Re: Chiefs - Pats

As a Pats fan, I could give a lot excuses, but the team isn’t the same since the staff changes. Cornell and Weiss added a lot of value to the team. Injuries are injuries and every team has them. Playing a longer season cuts on the off-season big time, but such is the price of fame victory. If the Pats get to the Playoff’s, they certainly don’t deserve to go far.

4+ interceptions in one game, Brady barely had that all last season. Chiefs were playing the Pats like a drum… Chiefs do have a strong home field advantage with the loud cheering. Good for them beating the Pats, not good for New Englanders…

don't be surprised if he holds out next year, based on his attitude/comments he's made the past few weeks.

it's a shame. while he's good, he's not THAT good, and could stand to learn a little bit, along with some humility.

I also am a fellow New Englander, and avid Pats fan.I'm not trying to make excuses, but with all the injuries they have sustained during this season it's a miracle they're winning any games at all. STILL HOPEFULL PATS FAN!!!!!!!!

I have met many pats fans this year. My boss is a pats fan. All I can tell you guys is stop making injury excuses. Yes injuries hurt a team. But, what hurts a team more is letting go of your Def. Coordinator and have your head coach making all the Offensive calls in place of an offensive genius. The whole system is broke. Not just the injuries. Now let all the pat fans flame away at me. Speak the truth and your the bad guy.

Most of this is just good natured ribbing. No offence meant to really anyone.

That sucks. Hopefully Priest will mentor him well and maybe the evils of T.O will compel him to think about it. yeah riiiiight! I would love to keep him as a one-two punch.
