True that but I did enjoy the 2.5 hour recap on Vs.
The next few days should be interesting no doubt.

Recap was nice, but I already knew who won.

Team Barloworld is in shock after the breaking news of its rider Moisés Dueñas returning a positive A sample for EPO.
Claudio Masnata, the press contact for the team, recapped the dramatic morning events for Cyclingnews. "We received the info this morning that Moisés Dueñas returned a non-negative sample after the time trial in Cholet. The police searched his room. No other rooms were searched."
The team itself did not get a chance to talk to Dueñas, who was taken by the police for questioning.
Stupid fsker.

I agree. Although some of the doping tests are pretty sketchy, when are these guys going to learn. Gives the sport a really bad name IMHO and its really a great sport.

Wink Re: Tour de France

Looks like I will be riding in the TdF next season as they are almost out of pro's at this point. I fancied myself more as Classics rider, but in the name sport, I will do what I have to.

I was digging Ricco; too bad. Maybe Vande Velde can get on podium!

Re: Tour de France

I guess Ricco was a bit too much like Pantani.

Pity.

If they want me to ride the TdF they'd better strech is over 6 months, and I will probably be disqualified because I miss the time limit

though Team Habanos would sound nice

Re: Tour de France

Cavendish looks to be very nearly unbeatable in sprints.
Great finish today.

I wonder if Robbie will be retiring soon (from the sport not from the tour).

Re: Tour de France

See it is already here. Posted the Ricco info in the contest thread by accident. Really a shame.

Re: Tour de France

Ricco was looking really good and had a bright future. Way to go and be a complete idiot and ruin it all.
