Yeah, The Chelios Hat Trick is 7 crosschecks to the back of Patrick Kane.

I have a few dozen from the 70's-90's, but haven't bought anything new for several years.

Ohh....He had a lot of those last season!

No love for Chelly anyway? He carried the Hawks on his back for almost a decade.

No, I definitly would love to see Chelios back in a Hawks uniform. He was one of my favorite players back in the day (him and Roenick).

Also, news from the Hawks, Lang traded to Montreal for a 2nd round in 2010. Which is too bad, because he was one of my current favorites.

Clearing salary cap money so they can sign Kevin Adams.

Re: NHL '08-'09 Thread

Cliff Fletcher has said that the Leafs have 1 top 6 forward. John Tavares and the Russian are not franchise players in the next draft. I will deep down cheer for the Leafs but bottom line its my son's Atom team for Merritton.

Chicago Blackhawks blah blah blah. They'll still be chasin' the Wings all year. But first ya got to make the playoffs. And I would start countin' yer chickens just yet. Might be headed in the right direction, but...

C'mon James, the Hawks beat up on the Wings all season last season. The Wings are the best team in the NHL, but I figure a Wings-first fan (and you know the Wings are my second team) would give the Hawks more respect than any other teams fans.

Made the second cut!

Only two D left in the hunt for the 1 open spot!

Monday is the last night. On ice at 4:15 hope to hear a happy voice on the phone at around 6:30.

Thanks for asking Tom and for keeping the fingers and toe crossed.

I will tell Jr. that Uncle Hog is pulling for him. It will make him smile.

Awesome news...I am hoping you hear that happy voice too, Al!

Hope that it works out for Jr. Tell him that psychoMarine is pulling for him. If he is as mean and nasty as you, he has the spot locked in his favor, if not a roadtrip to break the ankle of his competitor is not out of the question. Can anybody say Nancy Kerrigan? [Why me?]
