Vegas odds have USC -10.5 pts
The money line (meaning no point spread) is USC-390 OHIOST+325
(this means if you pick USC, you must wager $390.00 to win $100.00. If you pick OSU, you must wager $100.00 to win $325.00.

Given the money line odds, this averages to 3.5:1 USC

For the guys thinking USC will win straight up, and betting cigars, give 3:1 odds to the guys wanting OSU. USC wins=5 sticks, OSU wins=15 sticks, no point spread involved.

3:1 odds are generous. Its actually 3.5:1 odds. (ie: 17.5 cigars: 5 cigars)

This isn't an after-the-fact betting structure here. No Las Vegas betting lines or odds-makers, no point spreads. You think OSU is going to win the game, otherwise why make the bet. The bet is straight up for 5 sticks.
