The Bama- Florida match-up for the SEC title will be some contest for sure!!

Congratulations on the win. While Bama didn't outplay LSU for most of the game, Bama did step up when it counted and earned the win.

You'll have some good years to come as long as Saban stays put and I think he's probably learned his lesson about the NFL.

That being said, I have a question. How many Alabama fans are sending Jarrett Lee Christmas cards this year. His four pass completions to Bama defensive backs were gifts considering the way your offense played most of the game.

As far as the way Bama played, with all of the TO's and miscues, good teams overcome adversity and find a way to win in the end. Concerning LSU QB Lee, I think that Bama CB Rashad Johnson deserves more credit for his 3 int's, so maybe I'll send him the Christmas card!

Sure. Send Johnson a Christmas card. He did his job very well. Lee did not do his job and Johnson should send him a Christmas gift for throwing three passes to him.

I'm not saying Johnson didn't do a very good job, just saying that his job was made easier by Lee.

As for the BCS Championship, I think Alabama has a very good shot at winning it as long as they can keep overcoming their own mistakes. Florida is looking good so the SEC Championship could be an excellent game if it's Bama vs. Florida.

Hey mac, why do you think Miles never went to Jefferson at all during the game? They already burned his shirt and Lee is obviously struggling, why not put the guy in for a series and at least let Lee see what is happening out there.

I think at times Lee has shown signs of being decent and since the game was close he was left in with the hopes of him getting his stuff together. If he had, it may have been a different game.

Talk is hat Jefferson will see a lot of playing time against Troy this coming weekend and in future games. Most fans have already written off the season as a "losing" one even if the Tigers win out and win a bowl game. Some are even calling for Miles to be fired. What idiots!

I do hope that this game served as a wake up call for Bama. You can't play sloppy ball and keep winning.
