Not really. In any basketball game, there are critical fouls that are called or not called that affect the game.

THESE are the important fouls.

Nobody has said that Duke is never called for fouls, although the numbers do show they are called less than MOST other ACC teams.

Over the past 3 years they are second by 5 per year compared to the lowest team. All the other ACC teams have had more fouls.
