Oak/Det and Mets/Cards.
I'll be rooting for the AL winner in the World Series.

AL Series should be good. Frank Thomas making a positive contribution somewhere.

Have to nod to the Mets losing two good pitchers and yet STILL winning the series, that's impressive. Not that I'm a Mets' fan. I like the Cardinals, I'll pull for them.

The AL series should be a great matchup. The Tigers had the lowest ERA in MLB and the A's have the fewest walks in MLB and some very solid starters. The Achilles heel of most teams it the bull pen and the A's starters throw a lot of strikes and go deep into the game.

I am concerned that with the Mets losing 2 starters doesnt give them enough good pitching to get past the Cards. Albert Pujols eats up 2nd tier pitching.

I like the A's and Cards to be in the World Series.

Oh, did I say I LOVE baseball??

WOW!! The A's sure played a horrible series against the Tigers. No hitting and they gave away so many walks to a team of free swingers. You cant say anything bad about the way the Tigers played. Great pitching and timely hitting and then a grand finish. A walk off 3-run homer to capture the title.

And the A's looked SO good in eliminating the Twinkies in the first round! Tigers are going to be tough. And a week off to line up their pitching. I know they're rooting for a 7-game NLCS!

I really don't follow it too close these days. Only around playoffs and series. I do love coaching it. This will be my 7th season coaching my son's team from tee ball to high school JV team. Can't wait till next spring.

Oh, by the way. Mets in 5. Series that is.
Cards are no problem. Just making the series longer for the money.

Yeah. Had to go to bed last night at 7 to wake up at 2 am to watch the Cards/Mets. Good game. Well I kinda took a nap on the couch all night long watching football and then waiting for the baseball to come on. Watching N.O. kicking that field goal was the sweetest thing I ever seen.

Satellite. They broadcast at least 6 games on Sunday and then Monday nights game. It's not all that bad. They never seem to show the game I pick though. Damm, I got to wake up at 3 tomorrow morning to watch the Bears. They always show the monday night game.
