Yeah, football for me too. Jack & I are plannin on sittin out on the porch smokin cigars and watchin the game through his window (easier than carrying a 36" tv outside
 ).

the conventions are nothing but a dog and pony show.
Anyone can sound great. Just look at how well Bush came off. Amazing what a staff of speech writers can do, because anytime the guy tried to speak off the cuff he came off like a complete moron. The only thing that has any slight meaning is the debates, and most of that is nothing more than 30 second pre-rehearsed sound bytes. |
