Dont forget USC's loss was to an UNRANKED team. Joe nobody beat them and thats the same Joe Nobody team that PSU steamrolled. I'm happy for PSU and Joe Pa, I like that guy and maybe this is a wakeup call for OSU and Tressel needs to step down as playcall. His playcalling style is as old as his fashion style.

It really sucks. College Football would be so much better off with a playoff system. How freaking awesome would it be? Could you imagine some of the games you get this year alone? Even if you just took the top 4 teams.....

Texas vs. Oklahoma, Alabama vs. Penn State. Christ. That would be amazing.

Just looked at the latest BCS. PSU is out unless Alabama or Texas looses. Nobody can catch PSU unless they loose. Looks like I am the biggest LSU fan 2 weeks from now (when they play Alabama).

What a freaking nut house!! I can only imagine what it will be like if we go undefeated through all 12 games in the regular season.

This right here is why I hate the BCS and refuse to follow college football. Rankings, polls, all this stuff is bullshit. Get a real playoff system to determine who's #1...until then, I'll enjoy watching the games but it's tough to give much of a shit about it as a whole when you have this kinda crap going on

Yeah, no shit. However, I don't see any 1 loss team moving by PSU if they stay undefeated.

I also don't see TT going undefeated. They play Oklahoma St, Oklahoma, and then the Big 12 championship (most likely against Texas). Alabama has a MUCH better chance. However, they too will have to play in a conference championship game, most likely against Florida.

If they go undefeated, then don't bother having a National Championship game, just hand them the title.

I wouldn't be shocked to see TT & Alabama BOTH loose and have Florida move into #2 spot behind PSU.

Then again, TT & Alabama could both run the table and let PSU in the dust. Wouldn't be the 1st time PSU went undefeated and didn't play for the title.

Sadly, I had Michigan and Iowa on the upset radar since they were 4-0. I figured they show up for Illinois, and loosing to OSU really wouldn't have been an "upset."

This team has a BAD history coming off bye weeks. This happened to them in the Arrington/Brown season of 1999. Opening game was Arizona St. (ranked 2nd) while PSU was 3rd. Won 41-7 and went 5-0. Went on a bye then LOST at home to unranked and sub-500 Minnesota.

Sucks. Both OSU and PSU have NO shot unless things go down hill big time for about 6 teams.

Is there a Big-10 tiebreaker? Both PSU and OSU should end up with 1 loss in the Big-10. Is it head-to-head?

No of course. Both games are at home for PSU and I am sure they want to win the Big-10 and get to the Rose Bowl.

Honestly, I expect PSU to win these last 2 games in blowout fashion.

I'd love to see them play USC.
