You have to do it for your family and for YOU!!! I need to post my friends results. George... the guy I posted photos with me in another post.... turned 50...... had been working out and eating right.... added P90X.... and last month WON A BODY BUILDING COMPITIONS!!! He was about 320 pounds...... now he's an animal and looks GREAT and will live longer too..... and is hot wife can't keep her hands off him.... that alone is worth the dedication......

My eating has not been to horrible, the last 2 weeks since I finished P90 was not that great. But come Sunday morning I am back on doing things right. I want to be at 220 in the next 10 months.

Plyo this morning..... after I get out of this cuddley bed....

Very excited to start another 90 day tour here..... it's good to rededicate.

I was still doing it, but really just picking out the workouts I wanted to do and not doing as much yoga.... or core centergistist...... and need to get back to the muscle confusion.... and 5 to 6 work outs a week.

Can't wait to see what I look like March 1st!! JUST IN TIME for Beaches...... That's IS beaches.... not BITCHES!!!..... hahahaha

Starting round 2 tomorrow... I hate starting on fridays.. Monday matches my schedule much better.. Glad to get restarted.... This is gonnna suck

I started yesterday..... we are not all going to be on the same workouts.... just no way to do that..... he cool thing is we are all suffering together with the same common goal...

TO LOOK AND FEEL HOTTER THAN HELL! I swear the first round just got me read for this full round! I did abs today and kicked it's ass!!!!!!

Trust me I am going to hit it hard and I want to lose an average 6 pounds a week for the next 12 weeks. If I can do that then I will be at where I want to be in life.

Don't want to overstep my bounds, but weight loss at that pace really isn't healthy. 2-3#/week is a typical healthy loss rate.

keep your chin up.... 36 pounds is nothing to sneeze at.... thats a couple pant sizes for sure..... BRING IT

You guys are not over stepping your bounds, but a guy as big as I am can afford to lose the weight, as long as I keep it off and dont go putting it back on. I could have lost it the first time I was working out, but did not focus on working out like I am going to now.

ok. did day one of my p90x experience with my wife. it kind of worked out because i delivered 980ish cases of beer today. 24 12 oz bottles...you do the math. i move some weight. so when it got to our workout my strength...or what was left of it was close to my wifes. that being said....im a pussy. today was chest and back/ab ripper x. chest and back i did 10 of everything....[size=7]ON MY KNEES[/size] and was still burning... and used a chair for my pullups. then when it came to abripper x... i cold do some of the "orthodox" situps... but when you had to ballance your legs and torso in the air at the same time.. it was almost comical how out of shape i am in... but my wife and i suffered through it. but man, my shoulders are on fire right now between work and p90x.... but today was a good test. not all days are that intense at work... so if i can do it today... i should be able to do it anyday.... as long as i keep pressing play. please keep on me guys... im gonna need all the support i can get til i see some small results and that begins to fuel me.

BROUGHT IT!!!!!!!

Dude nice... That is what it is all about.. I dont care what anyone says everyone sucked through at least the first 2 weeks. DOnt give up... All of our pictures prove this works just stick with it and work as hard as your body lets you.

day two... just did plyo with my wife. OH MY GOD I HAVE ZERO LOWER BODY STRENGTH. i had to stop at the 50 minute mark... im scared that if i push too hard i wont be able to do my job tomorrow. work comes first....whatever i have left is for p90x. in that order. i really hope i get the hang of this.. it feels good to sweat and burn, but i get out of breath and heart rate up in the warm ups. definatley not my favorite work out so far, but cyclemans and jimmys pics are keeping me going. jimmys before pics are very similar to me now. ive GOT to get skinny

JJ and Jimmy!!!! KICKING ASSS!!!!!!!!

I did yoga X tonight and did the ENTIRE THING!!!!! Luved it!

Ok.... I started this journey at the end of March this year....

Let me remind you why we ARE doing this...... I am now in the best shape of my life and going to be even MORE RIPPED when we finish round at the end of Feb.

This was me last week..... after eating bad for a few days and drinking like a fish.... BECAUSE we can.... once we get here....

Michael - Looking great man!

JJ - Plyo is IMO the hardest one of all of them. It seriously kicks my ass. Stick with it, it DOES get better!

I'm behind in my workouts...I ended up taking a little more time off than a week, between injuring my shoulder (didn't do it while working out) and the insane workweek I had last week. I'm back on track now though. Back & bi's today. I love this workout. I'm still not very good at it, but I enjoy it. For the first time, I did all 5 Superman's for the entire 10sec's each and with more height than I ever have. That's my lil "yea me!" moment for the day

Exactly what I was saying! I will start round 2 the Sat after New Years. I am, however, still getting in 5-6 workouts/week.
