I totally disagree.....

To work out 3 times a week is far better than none. Do what you can, when you can..... but don't puss out. That would be a quiter.

Get the body ready for when you CAN hit it 6 days a week.... the whole idea of starting this at the begaining of Dec was to stimulate muscle growth..... focus on eating healthy... even though we know there WILL be a bad day here and there..... and instead of gaining 5 or more BIG OLD FAT POUNDS you have to work off later..... the focus will keep you levelized... and even make gains......

If you stimulate muscle growth...... YOU BURN MORE CALORIES..... even when you are sleeping.... which means at some point.... YOU HAVE TO EAT MORE!!! It's very cool.

But work out when you can.... don't ****ing give up .......


You wanted to make changes in your life.... Only you can do it.... 3 workouts aweek are FAR better than none....
After thinking about it, you are right on the money. Even if jj misses on the before and after 90 days, he still can do before and after and in the meantime get a head start on the after.

Sooo.......

Who here hasn't worked out in over a week?

Schedule has been crazy. Add to that a stomach virus that hit on Saturday..... Lost 5 pounds in two days..... Don't ask me how.

Would like to get a half workout in today to see how weak I am after all the intestinal workout over the weekend.

in my defense i have still been eating right....except for one day when i was at the bears/saints game in chicago.... it was 11 degrees and i wanted a beer and a brat dammit!

i just have a hard time pressing play for some reason. im weak. its just hard for me to get motivated when i know how bad its gonna hurt the next day.

OK.... so I was the only one who embraced the whole.... "MAINTAIN CAMPAIN" through the holidays.

I didn't get all the workouts I wanted. About 2 full weeks of workouts in the 4 week time span...... but it was enough to not only maintain..... but get me ready for the next hard core three month workout timeframe.

I will be TOTALLY RIPPED at the end of March....... BEACH TIME....... and about a month before Nick come home....

Go easy on me... but be honest.....

Day one is in the books!!

Did everything on abripper up until pulse ups. Been a couple of weeks and if you don't use it, you definately lose it!!

On the bright side, the time off has really helped my left rotator cuff. I can still feel it on the pushups, but when I finished round one, I was about in tears doing them.

I decided to start over, after the break I took. Started yesterday. The good news...the shoulder is definitely good to go, pushups didn't hurt it at all. I also did more pushups than I was doing before I took my break, so that's good. I still hate dive-bombers hehe. On the downside...plyo freaking sucks Legs are killin me...but I feel good that I've gotten started again.
