Thanks man, I'm a bit sore this morning but it's a good sore. Michele wants to start working out, although she's going to do Ty-Bo (sp?). She doesn't want to get up any earlier than she already does, so we're both going to work to make time in the evening to work out. I agree, the morning workouts are hard. The biggest reason I originally went with that time was the consistency...but damn I was so tired I think that was part of the problem for me. Now, I just gotta get strong in the habit of getting home from work, getting dinner ready right away & eating, then giving myself an hour before working out. I don't think it's gonna be easy...but I won't be AS worn out as I was before so that should help a lot.

Suggestion.... come home... WORK OUT FIRST THING!!!!!!!

then eat....... or you'll never work out after eating dinners. Just won't happen.

Good luck bro....

Make great things happen!

That's actually what I did last night and I loved it. Felt great! Thing is, since I do most of the cooking, I gotta figure out how I'm gonna have dinner ready at a reasonable time. In other words, I gotta start planning ahead better

I am actually the opposite, I can eat when I get home then I workout about 2 hours before bed and 90 minutes after eating, so that does help

I have to figure out a new way.

Mornings SUCK! For the record, I am so busy @ work (deadline next week) that it is waking me up.

Need to find a happy medium.

Only got 35 min of yoga in this morning.

Started round two today. I tried to start before Christmas & it just wasn't working so I picked today. Kris & I are both doing P90X Lean this time. I feel strong enough, but want to shed some fat & this is the way to do it!! Did Core today & it whooped me!!! I kind of liked it too

So I would never comment unless someone asked.... So, honestly......

Solid areas: Huge traps, pecs, arms and shoulders. More importantly, you are motivated. Nice jaw line (which proves you are keeping the cardio going and don't have a double chin). If you are as focused on diet as it sounds, that is a HUGE ++++++++.

What I would work on: Forearms, bicep peaks, calfs (saw you in the other picture) and continue to think "cut."

Don't know how much forearm, bicep and calf work P90X delivers. My experience; these muscles require lots of reps and HUGE amounts of "pump" to peak and grow. Biceps and calfs are kinda "glory" muscles, but lets face it, chicks love big biceps. Forearms will help you with all pulling exercises (pullups, rows, etc).

But, in 100% complete honesty, you look solid. I'd take your body over mine any day of the week. What is SO impressive is how you motivate the guys on the board to join you in your quest to get in shape and live a long healthy life.

I should post a picture of myself now just so I get humiliated into working out more.......

Here are some tips for gaining energy all day long.....
http://bodyecology.com/07/07/26/tired_all_the_time.php

Every person has a different physical and biochemical makeup which affects what times of the day you will have the most energy. Obviously you will get MORE out of your workouts if you exercise when you have the most energy. Some people just cannot work out consistently at 6am. They force it, but it leads to irregular workouts and failure in results.

The only thing you can do is change your "biological clock." You would have to go to sleep earlier each day. It's that simple in theory, but it is very hard to change.

I am doing well with lunch time workouts. I have eaten breakfest, so I am not full. I am not quite hungry yet, so I can eat a solid lunch after my workout. AND, I am not pulling time away from my family.

you two should have coordinated.

You can order up to 3 from Woot and shipping is just $5 no matter how many you get.

One of us would have had to ship it out anyway, so no biggy, it was a nice buy.
