I couldn't figure out how to work the spreadsheet, so I hope this works. The bathroom scale says 261. I am going to get a more accurate reading tomorrow from the AD at the school.

Monday weigh in

Today I am 253. A 1 week loss of 6 pounds.

Not a bad start.

Coming in at 255... A good start, but then I always lose weight fast in the first 2-3 weeks, then... Well, then my body decides it just doesn't want to anymore.

Still need a weigh-in from Whitefish.

I don't mind if we are slightly off with the weekly weigh-in's, but the final weigh-in MUST be on time.
