2008-2009 NCAA Bowl Convo

All the good games are coming up... a few have been played.. Im so damn happy Utah stuck it to Alabama last night. I HATE Nick Saban.. he has no loyalty to anything other than who is going to pay him the most. I was ecstatic when Florida knocked them out of contention for a championship game but then Im really happy for Utah who went 13-0 and beat a team that has had such a great year....

Now for my team.. OSU. I'm scared although Texas hasnt played a defense like ours lately and I think Jim Tressel needs to get this win in order to prevent his descent from OSU. He gets conference championships but he hasnt won a bowl game in awhile. Last bowl game OSU won was when they beat ND. But OSU has had great games at the Fiesta bowl so Im stoked!

I'm watching UB in the International Bowl right now. They haven't been able to muster any defense and are leading only because they have taken the ball away from UConn 5 times.

Its a great story though; first bowl game in school history. They were invited to the Tangerine Bowl 50 years ago but refused to go because an Orlando law at the time banned black and white players from playing on the same field. 25 players from the 1958 team went to Toronto to see the game.
