Yeah, but that is the expectation here every year and anything less is considered a complete and utter failure.

Actually this year there isn't that much hype for the Wings, the Pistons have very much become Detroit's team. The Tigers are even getting more press than the Wings, that will only last a few more days though.

Just when it looked as though no one from the east was gonna be able to touch the big guns from the west, a couple of Beasts from the East are getting their s&%$ together. Just in time for the playoffs the Sens look to have Chara, Redden, Phillips and Havlat back (don't count on the Dominator). The Flyers look to have Forseberg back in the lineup. Forseberg is still arguably the the best impact player in the league when he's healthy. Check the Flyers record when he's in (33-16-9) compared to when he's out (10-9-2) Either of these 2 teams could give the Wings or Stars a run for their money.

Its gonna be interesting!
