Celtics lead series 1-0
Celtics 88 - Pistons 76

The game was not as decisive as the score implies. The Pistons seemed to be
rusty from their long layoff between series. The Celtics did show why they were
able to win so many games during the regular season. Kevin Garnett scored 26
while Paul Pierce scored 22, which was down from the previous game.
Ray Allen had another rough game, but all the experts are saying he will
catch fire and turn it around. Detroit's Tayshawn Prince with 16 and Antonio McDyess with 14 were their leading scorers. Chauncey Billups struggled again
which leads to speculation that he is more injured than the team is admitting.

While the Celtics keep rolling, we will see if Detroit can get the rust out
before Game 2 on Thursday.

Johnny Most was the best! The Celtics need another anouncer that is
a total "homer". While Cedric Maxwell tries, the producers want him
to be impartial. I actually heard the play-by-play guy remind Mr. Maxwell that

detroit was just a bit rusty. Hell, billups had 13 days between games with his hamstring. Hell shake off the rust, as well as the rest of the team and win this series. Celtics have shown they CANT win on the road, with even facing lesser opponents then the pistons. The pistons have won on the road and will do so in this series.

Well good luck trying to win on the road! 0-6 in the playoffs on the road. Cant win a championship, let alone this series not winning on the road!
