College Football Recap - Week 5

ACC:

The ACC had two wins over the Big 12: Florida State defeats Colorado and Virgina Tech defeats Nebraska. Wake Forest lose to the Naval Academy. Miami falls to the Tar Heels and Maryland defeats ranked Clemson.

Big 12:

Oklahoma wins big over TCU and becomes the new number 1 team. Texas wins big over Arkansas. Oklahoma State goes to 4-0. Kansas, Texas Tech and Missouri were off.

Big East:

South Florida defeats North Carolina State. Pittsburgh survives Syracuse. West Virginia beat their in-state rival Marshall.

Big 10:

Ohio State defeats Minnesota. Michigan rallies back to defeat #9 Wisconsin. Penn State with an impressive win over #22 Illinois. Northwestern to 5-0.

PAC 10:

#1 USC lose once again @ Oregon State. Oregon win big over Washington State.

SEC:

Florida lose to Mississippi as the potential game-tying extra point is blocked. Alabama with a very impressive over #3 Georgia. Auburn win by 2 over Tennessee. LSU defeats Mississippi State by 10. Kentucky goes to 4-0.
