Stewart dropping a cylinder was just the perfect ending to my fantasy racing day. My A driver and C driver both got knocked out on lap 7 (Martin/Riggs) so I was already toast. At least Jr. didn't get caught up in the last wreck. That woulda been the cherry on top.

Yeah that kind of sucked. I thought he was gonna have a run at it towards the end. Car was okay all day and I though it was getting better at the end

I think I'm all but done. The past month or two has been Murphy's Law for me. I actually put Stewart in my starting lineup on Saturday, but forgot to hit submit and ended up with Ragan instead.

I'll keep throwing lineups out there, but my chances of getting one of the top 2 spots have pretty much evaporated.

It is gonna be tough, but you never know what will happen.. The fact that you can only use a driver 9 times makes it a little difficult. Some have used some guys that get real good in the chase. All strategy I guess

My comeback hit a speed bump this weekend. Still very much alive, but I think this is the first time in a month and a half I acutally lost ground on 2nd.

At this point, I'm playing for the troops. It looks like I'll have to have a spinal fusion surgery in the near future, and tobacco use is a huge no-no with that (it inhibits bone growth). I likely won't be smoking for at least a year or more, and will possibly be giving it up altogether depending on how things go. So if I win anything, my sticks are going to the troops.

hope that surgery goes good for you. dont give up hope yet, there are 5 races left and I could pull some bonehead moves before the end. drivers getting scarce, might have to use Jr. before the end. -- I dont think I would ever do that

Haha - maybe Jr. at Talladega wouldn't be horrible. That's a crapshoot anyway. Hanging in there with the back. Nothing scheduled yet. Doing PT to try to avoid it, but I still have to lay off the smokes just in case. But thanks for the well wishes.

Oh, and nice job Smoke20 in rising from the ashes to make this a three-way race for 2nd!
