Also got second round draft pick on tickets for the Pats, decided to go to the November 8th game vs. Dolphins, nothing like watching a team get pounced on!

I'm really starting to hate Penny, although if it wasn't for fielding errors the results would have been a different story.

Celtics won though! Had my 9 and 7 year old neighbors over watching it with me and my younger sister (not much of a party). Was fun though. Now for the Orlando Magic! yikes!

I'm beginning to think I would rather have Bucholtz up in place of Penny. I know it's early, but we cannot afford to waste ANY outings while Penny finds himself. If he doesn't show us something in the next outing or two, cut our losses and bring Clay back up.

Hope we fair better in the new Yankees palace than we did at the Trop.

Almost forgot we had no Daisuke. Figures he does so good in the WBC and then sucks when hes back with us.

I'm not a Sox fan, but before I get flamed, I'm not coming here to start trouble.

My purpose for stopping by this evening is to agree with the detractors of Brad Penny. As a life long Dodgers fan, I got to see him for several years before he went to Boston. After last year's injury ridden debacle, I didn't think there should be a spot for him anywhere in the majors, let alone on a contending team like Boston. Last year he was an over priced underachiever. His poor performance was blamed on injuries, but honestly I think he just hit the end of the line. I don't think he'll ever be in the same form as he was in when he was contending for a Cy Young.

love this thread....i have been a Sox fan since the 2004 my son was born the day the won the WS.....then my daughter in 2007 when they took the title again!!!!!!!!!!......dont see to many games in iraq so ill contibute when i can
