UFC 100!

Alright people, UFC 100 is here tonight, and its gonna be a great card! Here are my picks!

Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir - Brock: hate to do it, because I really don't like Brock as a fighter. I dont really like Frank either, he reminds me of some frat boy, but you can't deny Brocks power and quickness. I think Frank got lucky last time as a result of Brock being a little green. This time though I think he's gonna take him.

GSP vs Thiago Alves - GSP: I've spent a lot of time thinking about this one. Despite hearing rumors about GSP having a beat up elbow, I think he will pull it out. The man is just a great fighter. And I think the experience he has fighting in five rounds will help him greatly. I think it will be a war, I just think Alves is to young a fighter still and will be a force to reckon with down the road.

Mike Bisping vs Dan Henderson - Bisping: Another one I hate to bet on here. After watching TUF this season I started to dislike Bisping. I really like Dan, but lets be honest here, he hasn't done anything impressive since moving to the UFC.

Now if anyone has any other predictions let me hear em!

Having a full fledged bbq for this tonight. Booze, cigars, burgers/steaks, 60" HDtv. Should be a riot. One of the best cards ever, only fight I cannot decide on is Mir vs Lesner... tough call here. I'm not even gonna guess, just watch 'em go at it.

Gotta disagree about the Bisping pick. Bisping has done nothing impressive his entire career. Dan is a legend, showed he's still viable in a 5 round war with Rampage, as well as outpointing Rich Franklin. Hendo has never been knocked out, and is terribly difficult to submit. Bisping doesn't have anything for him.

I have to kinda agree and disagree with you here.

My points, and not to start a war or anything

Dan Henderson while is a beast who I like more than Bisping, has only won the Rich Franklin Fight by a split decision. A fight I would have given to Franklin, sure Dan won the first, but Rich came back in the end, second round, Franklin started off early, and then got taken down and layed on by Dan, third definitely went to Franklin.

Also against Rampage, it was a five round unamious decision. Great fight, but in all honesty Rampage rarely goes the distance. He has only fought 2 five round fights, one against Forrest, and the other with Dan. Even in pride I don't think he went further than 8 mins. So losing unamiously in a five round fight with Rampage, doesn't seem like much of a "war" to me.

Bisping, on the other hand, hasn't had some of the most elite fights out there, true. But he is coming off of a win against Chris Leben and went the distance with Rashad Evans who he lost to by a split decision.

I'd love to see Dan win, I really would, but if I were a betting man, I have to put odds on Bisping.

cant wait - just hope we see some GOOD matches that arent over in 10 seconds!

Yay GSP! He makes it look so easy. I really feel sorry for Frank Mir such a good guy...

Frank Mir got what he deserved. Ran his mouth and was lucky the first fight. He was takin a beating and Lessnar screwed up and let him get a leg .
