Re: GO Tigers!

Tigers are looking good. The best thing is they never give up. They have won countless times after trailing, which tells me they truly are a good team. GO TIGERS!!

Re: GO Tigers!

they've been playing well lately, but it's too bad the 13th thru the 16th of July has to happen, getting sweeped by the away team in that series is going to hurt!

Re: GO Tigers!

I got to watch the Tigers trounce my Cubs at Wrigley in the first game of the series. Of course, who isn't beating the Cubs lately (WILL DUSTY BAKER GET FIRED PLEASE!!). Also, superstar Glendon Rusch started the game -- he didn't make it out of the 2nd inning.

I was at the second game of that series. Not only should your team be embarrassed but your fans as well. The Detroit fans walked in and took over like they owned the joint.

The best was when we started a "fire Millen" (Lion's GM) chant late in the game.

Re: GO Tigers!

8 Tiger fans all wearing jersey and hats, amidst the 39,000 faithful at US Cellular on Monday for the Baltimore game. Man did we take a beating both verbally and with quite a few peanuts. The people in the row in front of and behind us were cool but the folks 5+ rows back were pretty pissed. The Sox lost and we continued to be verbally brow beaten on the way out of the stadium, but we kept our heads high and chanted "3 games up, 3 games up". We then decided that we need to go back when the Tigers are in town and bring more people.
