YES! Absolutely the best team there is. Screw the Yankees or whoever. The Reds are the original pro baseball team. They started it all back in 1869. The George Washington of baseball as it were.

Make that 4! I remember as a kid almost crying when they traded Tony Perez! Remember Cesar Geronimo, greatest name in baseball ever.

Hell yeah I remember, best damn arm I ever saw in CF Jeff. I tell ya when I cried damn it. The Brooks Robinson series against B-more and against the A's way back when. I was devastated.

Great times, sweeping the Yankee's and beating Boston in 7. Game 6 was the best game I ever saw even though the Red's lost that one. I was there at Fenway along with the other 2 million fans that claim to have been there.

Then sweeping the overated A's in 90. Watched game 4 in a Motel room in Charleston WV. My grand ma was in the hospital there, visited her that day and she was feeling better so my mom, daughter, nephew, sister and brother inlaw were in this small Motel room watching the game. It was awesome under the circumstances.

Another fan of the Big Red Machine here.

Fond memories of Pete Rose, Joe Morgan, Dave Concepcion and Johnny Bench as well.
