Ah, feel so bad for Sobral, I really thought he would be able to take it tonight but I guess it wasn't ment to be. I have no idea why he rushed Chuck and was throwing like a mad man, once he had Chuck reeling he should have went wrestling 101 on him. To Sobral's credit though he has a heart, he took some huge bombs and was still trying to work but he was just way to loopy to pull guard on Chuck. Chuck is an awesome striker, I'll give him his props, but I just can't stand the guy. Good ppv though, the Diaz fight was good, the first two fights where also fun to watch. Forrest won again, not a bad fight. I really hope they get Wandy to fight Chuck, I really want to see him loose =D

Sound like the Silva - Lidell fight isn't gonna happen, UFC and Pride can't agree on the particulars.

it will be considered the greatest fight that never happened. i think liddell will be retiring within the next 2-3 years. unless they can get quinton jackson to fight him i don't forsee any of the younger talent actually challenging him with the exception of brando vera.

hey not only did silva beat the hell out of jackson, the guy that silva trains with broke his ribs and he was whining to his corner,lol. lidell looks good because of the competition. he never would be a champion in pride. sure could have used those cigars though.

I agree, Chuck has awesome hands and thats it. A shame we probably won't see the Wand/Chuck fight. I hope they get a really good striker to fight him, but all of they great strikers are fighting for Pride =(

Liddell - Jackson 2 would bet a good fight. I think Vera is going to stay in the heavy weights for a while before trying to move down, last thing I heard him say.

I don't see Liddell retiring unless he is just tired of fighting. He does it because he likes to and only fighting 2-3 times a year helps in staying healthy and less wear on the body.
