OK, I sent out an e-mail....looks like we will go with 13 teams as I haven't had any responses in a few days. I will move the draft up to 9/25, so pre-rank your players for the auto-draft if you want. Let's get ready to rumble!

Well, since I haven't been following hockey as close the past couple of years I will trust yahoo for the start... hopefully get as lucky as I did with my football team.

Their ranking isn't too bad, but I did make a couple adjustments. It is all a crap shoot from year to year with the NHL anyway!

They look good this year, they got a good core of players that won't get called up too often and a great coaching staff in Berube and Samuelsson. As for the logo, yeah it's pretty weird... but not as weird as sitting in the stadium and their mascot Phlex sneaking up on you. My daughter likes hockey too, some of the first words out of her mouth when she was young, well we were sitting at the table and my hockey yearbook was on the table it had a picture of Lindros and she pointed to it and said "Hockey, Eric". You should have seen both my ex-wifes and my faces.
