What was you favorite all time hockey fight brawl? For me it was the Flyers/Canadiens pre-game Locker room clearer. I still laugh every time I think of Dave Brown running out of the locker room to the ice with only his flip-flops on.

Actually, fighting is my least favorite part about hockey. After seeing some people get hurt badly, it kinda takes the fun out of it. Plus, people just take it too far nowadays.

There are better ones out there, but this one has always stood out for me. I being at the game and seeing this in person makes this one a little special for me.

I like watching the ones on TV when they put like 10 fights together and its like 5 minutes long.

I really don't have a long memory for hockey fights so my favorite isn't one that others may rank as a great fight. I was never a big Lecavalier fan prior the Lightning's run to the cup in 2004. I thought it was great when the 2 big guns, Lecavalier and Iginla squared off. Everyone knows Jerome has both toughness and skill but Vinny showed a lot of guts taking him on. Arguably the two most skilled players in the finals duking it out. Wow, you gotta love it! When will you see that in the finals any time soon!

No one fight stands out in particular, but I remember seeing several games back in '69-'70 when Dave Schultz played for the old Salem Rebels in Roanoke, Va. Man, that guy beat on everyone.

Recently: Detroit/Colorado, Philly/Ottawa <--that game was nuts!

By far the best was the bench clearing brawl between Detroit and Colorado where even the goalies fought!!

One on one the best are any fight involving Probert, the best NHL fighter ever (not good at cocaine smuggling though).

A great rivalry!

A guy that I used to work with was a big Wings fan and he had a tape full of Probert and Joey Kocur fights. Some really vicious stuff!

Stu Grimson was another of my favorites. One heck of a guy, too.

My favorite fight was a minor league fight. Nashville Knights vs. Birmingham Bulls. The teams hated each other, the fans hated each other, even the peanut vendors hated each other. LOL! Trevor Jobe, (a scoring machine and a walking anti-drinking campaign) got into a scrap with one of the B'ham players. Refs finally got them into the sin bin (right in front of our seats) and they are still mouthing off at each other. Finally, Jobe climbs the glass, crosses the scorer's table, and dives into the other box. I didn't think they would ever get ‘em separated!

Canada vs. USSR in the 1987 world junior championships. It was a total bench clearing brawl that lasted about 20 mins. The refs had no idea what to do and the tournament officials tried stopping it by turning the arena lights out. Both teams got booted from the tournament.
