Agreed. That should be true of every game this year except Iowa and Michigan.

But the Bucks typically have a day or two when they look distracted or ill prepared. Buckeye teams and games are often about chemistry and momentum. Once they head South...sometimes its hard for them to get turned around.

We also often let teams back in games instead of putting them away. Dangerous way to live...

Need to start quick today and we'll be fine.

I'm thinking that this could be one of the dangerous games of our season. Michigan seems to be able to trip us up quite often as well. I'm looking forward to today's game.

It was an ugly win -- much closer than the score indicated. Offensive line play was fair at best. Troy Smith was off, but made a few exceptional key plays. Running game was good only sporadically. Certainly not the touted high-powered offense that showed up today.

But the D was tough. What is it now? Only three touchdowns given up in four games and none on the ground? And that goal line stand today was impressive. Two attempts inside the one and nada.

Offense needs to get it together this week. And BIG test for the defense next week in Iowa against the first experienced Quarterback they've faced this season.
