I want to say the Bears, but Grossman has been horrible against teams that can play defense. If the weather is bad in Chicago, with home field advantage, it is going to be tough to beat the Bears. Assuming, Grossman doesn't have 5-6 turnovers.

They have been to the playoffs 5 times and won once(in 2000 vs. Rams). They havn't had much success at all, but this year could be different.

Still sticking with my Cowboys...

In Romo's case. He was given the time to develop properly. Jerry Jones, The Tuna and Sean Payton believed in him.

Sitting on the bench learning might actually be good for QB's. It has worked for Romo and Rivers.
