I understand your logic. I think you are right. If I'd wanted it to be the way I said, we would have needed to do individual picks for each game.

Can we agree instead that the brackets only apply when going for the second round? I.E. if you picked Baltimore to win in the divisional round against KC, and then in the championship round, you would lose the 2 points for the divisional round you would otherwise have gotten, but still get the 4 points for the championship round if they won? That seems to be a fair compromise.

2-3 was the entry fee. I never did say whether they should be sent to me to divide or just to the prize winners. I think it's easier and cheaper (shipping to one place instead of two) to have them all sent to me and I will send out to the winners. I'm sending a PM out to everyone with my address today.
