I do have Red Sox season tickets and I would never sell to a Yankee fan. In fact, I never sell any of my tickets, I trade some for tickets to a Pats game and give some to my brother when he is in town. The rest of the tickets that I can't use are donated to Boston Children's Hospital. Funny thing is that last year I only went to 12 games myself. Don't know why I keep the tickets except for post season access to tickets.

What's the best way for someone to purchase tickets to a Yankee -v- Red Sox game there in Fenway, outside of using something like a Stub Hub? Any ticket brokers that you would recommend? Thank you.

The most sought after baseball tickets ever.

I have some friends that have season tickets to the Red Sox sometimes I can coax them into giving to me.

If not I paid $300.00 a ticket for the last five game series. Very expensive here in Boston.

I always thought they had some general admission tickets that go on sale...just checked the site and some games have tickets available. Buy now if you want them!! They also (not sure if this is still the case) make available obstructed view seats the day of the game - used to go on sale around 8am. But what I think they do now is you line up before the game and buy the tickets and are required to go directly into the stadium. Last time I was there for a White Sox game that line was wrapped around the stadium at 4pm for a Friday night game. Scalpers were asking $250 a seat. Told the scalper what I thought of him and watched the game from a bar.

The box office also gets day of the game returns from the other club that go on sale that day. Sometimes if you get them for the first game of the series, they will have returns for the entire series. In addition, a little later in the season they might have a chance to buy a strip of tickets for several games such as a KC, Toronto, Florida and maybe Yankee game tickets.
