Southern Cal reeled in the No.1, No.2 & No.3 recruits in the Nation. Not too bad. McKnight and his mother thought SC would be a better fit academic wise versus LSU or Ole Miss. I believe he wants to study communications. I think he and his mother made a good decision.
He certainly could have stayed in state and gone to LSU. Tigers are a very good football program and should be a Top 5/10 team this year.

You just might. Southern Cal has road dates with Nebraska, Notre Dame and Oregon. We return everyone on defense (LB Sartz is gone) and most of our skill players on offense. We have a tough road ahead of us, but I think Pete Carroll will have the Men of Troy ready to play.
I would love to see a renewal of the SC -v- LSU home-and-home like we had back in the early 80's. I would love to visit Baton Rouge in the dead of summer and watch the Trojans and Tigers get it on. Great southern hospitality, fantastic food, gorgeous women and football in the south; what could be better?
FIGHT ON!
